What is a Mennonite World Relief Sale?
People of all ages enjoy the festival fair atmosphere with great food, auction, music, children’s activities, artisan markets, and activities for the whole family. The auction also expresses Christian compassion for those less fortunate.

World Relief - Relief From What?
Starvation, poverty, the ravages of war, homelessness, and disease.

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC)
MCC was founded in 1920 to respond to famine caused by war and revolution in Russia. Since then, MCC’s efforts have expanded to 58 of the world's poorest countries where more than 800 MCC volunteers work in agriculture, community development, education, healthcare, social services, economic/ technical development and peace concerns. Welcome from the Board of Directors

Welcome to the Twin Cities MCC Sale web site. We thank you for your continued support to help feed the hungry,
clothe the naked, house the homeless.

This year thousands of people experienced all of the above in a matter of minutes as earthquakes, without warning, destroyed villages and kill
ed thousands in El Salvador and India, and leaving many more homeless with nothing but what they were wearing.

In Mozambique, over 100,000 people have been evacuated from their homes because of flooding. Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) strives for peace, justice and dignity of all people by sharing our experiences, resources and faith in Jesus Christ.

We thank you for joining us in our effort to raise funds to make this possible. Everything that is sold at the auction is donated, and funds to cover the costs of the sale are raised through pre-sale events and sponsorships. It is estimated that over 400 individuals, business, and churches have given their time, talents, and resources to make this event happen.

Thank you for all you do to make a difference in the lives of the hungry, lonely, naked and homeless. This is the Twin Cities 8th Relief Sale, and we have moved the sale to a larger and more comfortable facility located at Hennepin Technical College, Brooklyn Park, MN.

Come, enjoy the day and be a part of this annual event!
